Let’s connectWhere purpose meets progress
ImpactBridge Advisory is intentionally designed as a founder-led, high-touch advisory practice. Clients receive senior-level counsel directly from Jennifer Oswald, combining sophisticated strategy with a highly personal, relationship-driven approach.
ImpactBridge’s distinctive advantage is its understanding of both sides of philanthropy: what institutions need to accomplish and what motivates individuals and families to engage, trust, give, and remain connected. This perspective allows the firm to help organizations become better partners to philanthropists while helping philanthropists become more strategic partners in change.
Every engagement starts by listening. Clients work directly with Founder and Principal Jennifer Oswald to build stronger relationships, unlock opportunities and pursue measurable impact.

Who we serve
Founder-led by design
Jennifer Oswald is the Founder and Principal of ImpactBridge Advisory, a global philanthropy and strategic advisory firm helping individuals, families, foundations, nonprofits, and institutions turn philanthropic vision into meaningful, lasting impact.
Jennifer brings more than two decades of experience in philanthropy, advancement, strategic relationship development, and global engagement. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Development for Global Philanthropy & Partnerships at the University of Southern California, where she worked closely with philanthropists, families, university leaders, and partners in the United States and internationally.
Her international work has included extensive engagement throughout Asia, particularly Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan, as well as experience in the Middle East. She has advised on major and principal gifts, international philanthropic strategy, donor engagement, strategic partnerships, and long-term relationships between institutions and the individuals and families who support them.
Jennifer founded ImpactBridge to bring that experience to both sides of the philanthropic relationship. She advises individuals and families seeking to define philanthropic priorities, navigate giving opportunities, engage future generations, and create an enduring legacy. She also works with nonprofits and institutions to strengthen philanthropic strategy, develop meaningful major-donor relationships, expand into global markets, and build partnerships that advance their missions.
Beyond fundraising, Jennifer brings expertise in operations and marketing that helps organizations allocate resources wisely and work more productively. She analyzes the competitive landscape, aligns short-term actions with long-term goals, and guides teams as they navigate organizational change. She builds clear frameworks that break complex issues into manageable parts, so leaders can make confident, well-informed choices, and she is known for practical problem solving and clear, candid communication.
Her approach is energetic, thoughtful, highly personal, and results-focused. She begins by listening, asks the questions that clarify what truly matters, and stays engaged from strategy through execution. Jennifer holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
“The most meaningful philanthropy happens when purpose, strategy and relationships come together.”

How we work
Global perspective. Personal approach.
Building relationships across markets with intention, cultural understanding and discipline.
International fundraising requires more than identifying wealth in another country. Sustainable global philanthropy begins with institutional relevance, trusted access, regional context and a clear reason for the relationship to grow.
Let’s build greater impact together.
Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your organization’s philanthropic strategy, develop new partnerships, or create a more intentional approach to giving, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
